Airtight metal tube caps for microfluidics

P-CAP series

A complete set of easy-to-use and refillable microfluidic reservoirs for long-term experiments. Compatible with multiple pressure-based experiments in parallel, the metal tube caps allow pressurization of standard lab vials (1.5 mL and 2 mL Eppendorf, 15 mL and 50 mL Falcon) for microfluidic applications. The P-CAPs are compatible with all of our pressure-based flow controllers.

The microfluidic reservoirs ensure maximum sealing, avoiding air leakage even when working at high pressure.

Features of our microfluidic reservoirs 

Pressurize standard lab vials 

The P-CAPs fit standard 1.5 mL, 2 mL (eppendorf), 15 mL and 50 mL (falcon) lab vials. 

No wetted material 

There is no contact between the metal tube caps and the samples. Only disposable materials are wetted. 

Reservoir accessibility

The vials can be agitated while delivering fluids, without decreasing the flow stability. 

Free sample access

Easy refill using a syringe or a pump, even during the experiment with the multiple port version (50mL only), to make your cell culture or organ-on-a-chip experiments last longer.
