Reliable droplet formation and high purity
dSurf
[DR-RE-SU]High-performance surfactant dedicated to microdroplet generation
dSURF is a high-performance surfactant suited for the production of highly monodispersed and stable microdroplets. Provided at 2% in 3Mâą Novecâą 7500 fluorinated oil, dSURF allows high-performance droplet formation and long-term stability even in challenging conditions such as dPCR and cell culture experiments.
- High monodispersity
- Biocompatible
Compatible with long-term cell culture experiments
- Flexible
FAMâą, HEXâą, VICÂź and EvaGreenÂź based dPCR validated
Features
Seamless downstream application compatibility
dSURF makes no compromise on quality. Its unique combination ensures reliable results for any application. From dPCR and single-cell analysis to cell culture Fluigent surfactant biocompatibility has been validated even in harsh/extreme conditions. In addition, dOIL, the fluorinated-oil is PDMS compatible as its low viscosity enables the use of lower pressures for achieving optimum flow rates
Low cross-talk
When using droplets for cell analysis, both sample cross-talk and dispersion should be minimized for greater accuracy and minimal reagent loss. dOIL (Novecâą fluorinated oil) offers a low drop-to-drop transfer of organic compounds while maintaining high gas solubility and permeability which have a major impact on cell survival or analytical reaction efficiency
Batch to batch reproducibility
Droplet generation reproducibility and stability are two pivotally important parameters for successful applications. Fluigent guarantees the best conditions for reliable results providing a quality surfactant.
