Job & Missions

Fluigent is looking for a Sales Hunter to help boost our financial growth. This is an exciting opportunity to develop Fluigent industrial business (OEM products and development projects) by prospecting and winning new customers and new markets/applications :

It’s a new role to accelerate growth in Industrial Business


  1. Prospection
    • Identify and qualify the potential customers
    • Contact and establish relationships with them
    • Perimeter is Western Europe in a 1rst period, then add Asia
  1. Lead the sales cycle and transform into sales
    • from the first contact, understand the needs, establish the technical and financial proposal, negotiate contract terms with clients up to ordering
    • Strict follow-up on leads, prospects and opportunities (also internally by being the customer’s voice)
    • Update sales/prospect databases (CRM)
    • Perimeter is all geographies covered by French entity (Western Europe + Asia)
  1. Be the Key account Manager in this wide geographic Area for this industrial business
    • Be responsible for reaching sales objective of this perimeter
    • Help & support the customers in their enquiries, and develop long term relationships with them to ensure a recurrent business
    • Measure the customer satisfaction level and ensure a high level
    • Attend exhibitions related to this business
    • Gather useful information from customers and competitor data

The role reports to Technical Sales Director and is based in Paris area (Le Kremlin-Bicêtre)


  • Experience (at least 5 years) in B2B business in Biotechnology, Life science or instrumentation industry
  • Fluency in English and French; Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Must be willing and able to travel up to 30% to meet clients / leads at their facilities
  • Problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions
  • Taste of hunting for new customers and markets
