FRP-SFP

Used with a Flow-Rate Platform (at least one FLOWBOARD and one FLOW UNIT), the FRP-SFP provides a quick and user-friendly view of up to sixteen (16) FLOW UNITS with both flow-rate and volume measurements.

  • The Fluigent MFCS™ Series SDK enables access to low-level control of MFCS™ and MFCS-EZ™ instrument. Use MFCS™ API (x86 and x 64) to access the full hardware functionality and improve productivity through prebuilt example programs that demonstrate a variety of features and implementations. MFCS™ Series SDK delivers an easy-to-use mechanism to achieve your custom application such as optical detection, electrochemical detection, voltage control, temperature control, etc.

The Fluigent MFCS™ Series Toolkit for LabVIEW allows easy integration and application development using MFCS™ or MFCS™-EZ from Fluigent in the LabVIEW environment.

MAESFLO™ is compatible with Windows, from Windows XP service pack 3 and higher.

  • Log on as Administrator or as a user with Administrator privileges.
  • Launch the setup.exe file
  • The installation wizard guides you through the necessary steps to install the MAESFLO™ software.
  • When the installation is complete, click Finish.

  • Plug your needed Fluigent devices to your computer.
  • Launch MAESFLO™.
  • The MFCS™-EZ connected to the computer will be automatically detected.
  • Click on the green arrow to select the MFCS™-EZ you want to use and then press “Ok”.

  • Press the magnifying glass to Automatically detect connected Flowboard (the serial number is indicated).
  • Then, press the green arrow to add Flow Unit.
  • Connected Flow Unit are displayed. Then, click on OK.

The use of water-in-oil droplets in microfluidics in high-throughput screening is rapidly gaining acceptance. The main application areas currently involve screening cells as well as genetic material for various mutations or activity.
