Compare to syringe pumps, Fluigent Microfluidic Flow Control System (MFCS) provides a pulsation free flow, an instantaneous response time (<200 ms) and a highest precision (<0,1%) based on the FASTAB patented technology.

Thanks to its higher accurancy and pulseless flow, the MFCS (Microfluidic Flow Control System) is ideal for all type of microfluidic applications such as microdroplets generation, magnetic beads manipulation, cell perfusions, fluid electrode manipulation, microfiltration, etc...

As a unique multichannel microfluidic pressure pump, allowing the control and full automation of any fluid from sub nL/mn to thousand of µL/mn, with unprecedented stability, the MFCS is available in various versions and can be easily upgraded at any time (by adding or modifying pressure channels).

  • MFCS-FLEX, offering the highest precision and best flexibility (from 1 to 8 channels), with the possibility of combining different pressure ranges from
    0-25 mbar to 0-1 bar within the same controller.
  • MFCS-100, offering the highest pressure range from 0 to 7 bar, with the possibility of being configured with 1 to 6 channels.
  • MFCS-VAC, offering the unique microfluidic vacuum pressure pump, with excellent flexibility (from 1 to 8 channels), and with the possibility of combining different pressure ranges from 0 to -25 mbar, from 0 to -69 mbar, 0 to -345 mbar or from 0 to -800 mbar within the same controller.

By adding the FLOWELL equipment, you can monitor both pressure and flow rates at the same time during your experiment (from 1 to 3 channels) with high precision and stability. The flow rates can be monitored (between 0-7 µL/mn and 0-1 ml/mn) when either injecting or withdrawing fluids.
The FLOWELL is highly flexible allowing mixed flow rate configurations, and can be easily upgraded at any time (by adding or modifying flow rate channels).
