During the experiment beads are injected in the separation channel of a double T chip. The flow is then stopped and the magnetic field applied. DNA or cells can then migrate in a magnetic beads array with no spurious flow.
During the experiment, the magnetic beads flow is easily changed down and up.
During the experiment, a flow of fluorescent beads is established (down to top) then instantaneously stoped and maintained steady. The flow is finally turned on a second time and stoped again.
